Add remote vscode guide to wiki page?

I've heard from a few people who would be interested in using VS Code to edit code and run jupyter notebooks on PPAN. I know this is possible to do, but I've not been able to get it to work myself. If anyone (@yichengt900 or @uwagura ?) has figured it out, do you think it would be worth adding instructions to the wiki page on remote access?
